本セッションでは、米国をはじめとする海外事例をもとに、金融アドバイザーが顧客の「かかりつけ医」として長期的な信頼関係を築き、ライフステージや市場環境の変化に応じて助言や資産配分の見直しを支援する伴走型アドバイスのあり方を議論する。資産運用立国を支えるアドバイスの将来像を展望する。

This session will explore the evolving role of financial advisors as “financial family doctors” — trusted, long-term partners who support investors through changing life stages and market environments. The discussion will consider personalized advice, regular financial health checks, private assets, investor communication, and governance.

基調講演メリルリンチのオルタナティブ投資責任者を招聘し、米国プライベート・ウェルス市場におけるプライベートアセット販売の最新動向について共有いただく。米国では、大手Wirehouseを中心に、商品組成、販売チャネル、アドバイザー教育、ポートフォリオ提案を一体的に推進する体制整備が進んでいる。本講演では、米国における先行事例から、日本市場のさらなる拡大に向けた示唆を提供する。パネルディスカッション金融庁、国内運用会社、GPを招聘し、運用会社におけるプライベートアセット商品のプロダクトガバナンスについて議論を行う。商品導入時のデューデリジェンス、継続モニタリング、情報開示、流動性管理、ストレス時対応等を踏まえ、運用会社に求められるプロダクトガバナンスのあり方を議論する。

The discussion will address due diligence, ongoing monitoring, disclosure, liquidity management, and stress-scenario response.

This session will explore how asset owners, asset managers, and Japanese corporations can further strengthen their respective roles and collectively enhance the investment chain to drive a sustainable growth trajectory in Japan. Discussions will center on key challenges and future priorities for advancing the investment chain, including enhanced asset allocation, stronger long-term investment capabilities, and improved capital efficiency.

To realize Japan as a Leading Asset Management Center, it is essential to diversify and expand the channels through which growth capital is provided. This panel will bring together representatives from local governments and asset management firms to take a broad look at the challenges faced by both providers and recipients of capital, with a focus on regional investment and the use of private markets. The discussion will highlight the role asset managers can play in providing growth capital to regional economies.
